Everyone has a story.
Many stories in real estate that we have shared in the pages of Real Estate Executive and Premier Agent Magazine have become an inspiration to others, particularly those agents just getting started building their real estate practices or many who are struggling to succeed in our challenging real estate market and economy. I have heard many of you share that you are working 3 times has hard today for 1/3 of the results. Truly, this is not the real estate business and mortgage business that it was before the bubble burst. I am sure that you would agree.
I have had the true pleasure and privilege of sharing the success stories of 110 amazing agents in 114 cover stories (4 of those have been on the cover of both magazines) having been given that honor by an amazing Publisher’s Advisory Board. As I have shared with you in past columns, the criteria that they must consider has more to do with the qualities of the individual that the quantity of their sales or income.
Since “Day #1”, I have always thought that those stories need to be shared individually and collectively (by me) in a book or even in a series of books.
I now, finally, have the opportunity to produce that book, “What the Super Stars of Real Estate Have In Common”
If you are one of the 110 agents who have been featured on either one of the magazine covers and would like to be considered for this first book, please let me know. See ad with QR code on Page 2.
Speaking about “stories”, you will enjoy the story of this month’s cover honoree, Thai Klam of RE/MAX 360. He is terrific guy and a great agent and has a wonderful story to tell.
By now, you may have noticed that this is one of our “double magazines” with our latest edition of PROFILES Magazine (Fall 2011) stitched into the centerfold of the magazine. Some of these terrific people and companies have been profiled in past issues and some are being profiled for the first time. All of these companies are “worthy” of your consideration and referrals.
Please do not hesitate to detach PROFILES from the magazine and pass it on to your clients and fellow agents. When contacting our PROFILES, please do not hesitate to tell them that you read their story inside the Fall 2011 issue of PROFILES Magazine.
Do you have your Smartphone ready to scan the QR codes? Good reading, good sales, and success to you!
