From The Publisher
Has it been a year already?!!!!
This past May we, at Legacy Publishing Group. LLC, launched the premier issue of PREMIER AGENT MAGAZINE at a spectacular “Launch Party” that was held at The Venue in the Museum District with over 200 people in attendance.
In the last twelve months, John, Barbara, and I launched an annual “RISING STARS” Magazine, “PROFILES” Magazine (which will be published quarterly), and a new PREMIER AGENT MAGAZINE in Kansas City, Missouri. Not bad for our first year, huh?
In this “Anniversary Issue” of PREMIER AGENT MAGAZINE, we celebrate our first year’s cover honorees (in the centerfold) and find out what the cover honor has meant to them. We also asked them how their business has changed since they were on the cover. They truly are the “Best of the Best” and their kind words are very humbling to us.
We have chosen “Coach” Reeshemah Holmes of REALM Real Estate Professionals to grace the cover of this very special issue.
As I have shared in this column several times, one of the criteria for the cover honor that the Publisher’s Advisory Board must consider in their nomination and vote is how much a cover nominee gives back to the community and/or the real estate industry.
Reeshemah’s title of “Coach” tells the world that she is there to help others. Whether her assistance is needed in real estate, financial matters, nutrition or health advice, this Realtor®, wife, mother, and friend is there for the people in her life.
We are very proud to have Reeshemah Holmes as our 1st Anniversary Cover Honoree. You will enjoy her story.
As we celebrate this 1st year anniversary and start our second year, I would like to take a moment to thank all 32 members of the Publisher’s Advisory Board for all they do. Even though they are mainly called upon to nominate and vote on cover honorees, I depend on them for their consultation about business, real estate, and the economy.
Finally, I would like to thank our “Charter Advertisers” for being the foundation of our advertiser base. Thank you to Champions School of Real Estate, Pulte Homes, Stewart Title, SWE Homes, Envoy Mortgage, and Prime Lending for allowing us to serve them. Please make sure that you thank them for helping to make our magazine the resource for you that it has become.
