Presenting the “Premier” Issue of our “Rising Stars Magazine”
First, Seasons Greetings everyone!
What a truly wonderful time of the year this is. I love all of the sights, the sounds and (yes) the smells of the holiday season.
In this issue we are very pleased to present our newest magazine offering, Premier Agent Magazine’s “Rising Star” edition. In this, our “Premier” issue that you will find in the centerfold of the magazine, a group of very, very special agents who met the criteria for the “Rising Star” honor as set by the Publisher’s Advisory Board. The qualifiers for a candidate included:
* Full-time in Real Estate
* No more than 2 years in the business
* An average of 20 transactions per year.
* Be of any age
Although there were over 18 nominations, only six individuals truly met all of the criteria. Many had been in real estate
over the two year mark while others just did not have the transactions they needed to qualify.
Unlike N.A.R.’s “30 Under 30” issue and H.A.R.’s “Twenty Under Forty” honor, the board and I did not feel that age should be a factor. The honor went to those who were still considered “Rookies” in real estate and had the productivity to go with it.
Don’t be afraid to remove ”Rising Stars 2010” from Premier Agent Magazine as a separate keepsake and/or pass on to a new recruit as something to strive for. If you are FaceBook friends of any of the six, please post on their wall some kind words of congratulations.
They have all earned it!
Speaking of “earning it”, our December cover honoree, Bobby Bryant of iBuy Realty has more than earned his cover honor.
Bobby is one of the most dynamic Realtors ® that I have come across in a long time. He truly does have incredible vision and passion for helping others achieve success. He is a fabulous speaker, trainer and motivator! All this and being a terrific single a dad to his sixteen year old son. Bobby deserves every honor!
You will enjoy his story,
Back to the holidays, the holidays also bring a spirit of giving and doing for others less fortunate than ourselves.
Please remember that the homeless, the hungry and the destitute are homeless, hungry and destitute all the time and not just around the holidays. Unless you know for a fact that the person on the corner looking for help is indeed a panhandler, please do your best to help them either way.
As always,
Good Reading, Good Sales and Seasons Greetings!
